Title: Rain Bath
Description: Taken from our third-floor balcony during Ondoy. I was only going to take a photo of the rising water, then I realized that I had inadvertently captured something else in the frame... our neighbor across the alley had put a bench in the flooded alley, stood on that, and was taking a bath from the pump.
